« Clean room and great breakfast »

« When we got in the room it appeared to be clean. We were on the first floor in room 101. The window was unlocked which was unsettling. We got over that and then there were worms of some sort that were coming in under the door. We will not be staying there again. »

« This is a truly unique hotel. It was beautifully, renovated, spacious, super clean, and very convenient for exploring Marshall. The restaurant was good, and it was very relaxing sitting on the deck and listening to the river. The unit was nicely equipped. The only difficulty we had was getting a hold of anyone for questions when we arrived. The phone number in the binder did not answer our call nor reply to text message. I did see a very helpful employee cleaning the next day who answered...

« The place was lovely. Would have liked it closer to town but it was stated in the listing it was 10 miles away. The only suggestion I would make is to put in your listing that a fishing license may be required to fish. We loved the cleanliness of the cabin and the decor. We will definitely like to rent again when we plan to go there again. »

« I feel very lucky that we found this place to stay in during for our visit to Hot Springs. It was right in the center of town and a very short walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. Lots of nice amenities. Communication and check-in were easy, and there was parking behind the building. It really is right on the Appalachian Trail and was the perfect location for our hiking adventure. I hope that I can return some day! »

« We spent 4 wonderful days at the Potter's Cabin. It is located at the top of a mountain about 20 minutes outside Asheville. We went into the city a few times but we much preferred the peace of the cabin.The hosts, Melanie and Doc, were wonderful. The cabin was wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. « The cabin is such a unique and historically special place! It has everything you need and more (the hot tub is well maintained and truly relaxing). The proximity to downtown and the AT is perfect; you are only a few steps away. It's a great spot, my husband and I enjoyed our stay, and we look forward to staying again. »
